- Within the: United States: Shipping is calculated at checkout conveniently via our UPS options. Please be advised aerosol cannot be shipped via any “Air” options.

- No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

- Last Order Time: 2pm U.S. Central standard Time..

- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

- Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.

- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

RETURN POLICY

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

- Restocking Fee: OverStockNDT will charge a restocking fee for items that were accidentally purchased by the customer or the customer no longer wanted, provided the items were not damaged.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

- For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

- For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
